Foundaré Ventures – Entrepreneurial Training & Capital Allocation Program

Foundaré Ventures, founded in 2025, is a project that emerges to train entrepreneurs from rural Lima with financial analysis, business management, and marketing. Partnered with PEBAL La Inmaculada, one of the largest humanitarian-aid institutions in Peru, we combine practical business training with targeted capital allocation support to help local entrepreneurs improve the quality, sustainability, and scalability of their businesses.

The program is structured around the belief that access to capital alone is insufficient without the financial and operational training required to use it effectively. Foundaré Ventures therefore focuses on building core skills in cash flow management, cost structure analysis, pricing strategy, marketing, and reinvestment decision-making before capital is allocated.

During the program, we have helped 25+ entrepreneurs, improving the quality and sustainability of their businesses. The program was developed and delivered in collaboration with subject-matter specialists — Pablo Francisco Roca, Edward Montoya, and Erik Caballero — professionals at Peru’s Ministry of Production, whose expertise helped ground the program in practical, real-world business application.

Following the training phase, the 10 most promising ventures were selected to receive continued support based on execution, financial discipline, and growth potential. These businesses received targeted capital assistance alongside ongoing guidance to help them implement their growth plans effectively.

Foundaré Ventures maintains an active relationship with these entrepreneurs beyond the formal program, providing continued mentorship and follow-up as they scale their operations and reinvest capital. By combining education, selective capital deployment, and long-term engagement, the project seeks to create durable economic impact within the community.
